COMPETITION IN TASTE AND SCENT
Taste and scent are connected. They cooperate and enhance one another in so many ways.
The Taste Battle is a team competition where you will be tested how good you can taste and smell different things. You will have to try to distinguish different products using your senses or just one of them. To complicate things even more we will block eyesight for a moment.
Examples of competition events:
1. Wine – Blindfolded you shall try to separate white wine from red.
2. Beer – Non alcoholic and alcoholic
3. Jars of spices – Can you smell the spices?
4. Chocolate -Try to define the different cocoa levels.
5. Cheese – 4 different kinds of cheeses. Can you tell the sort?
6. Liquor – Gin, Rum, Whiskey or Campari?
7. Cola -Coca Cola or Pepsi?
8. Coffee – Dark roasted or light roasted
9. Tea – Can you tell the ingredients in all five tea types?
